A Comprehensive Software package for the automation of School Management System. The software package covers all the automation required with Admission, Student details, Staff Details, Subject Information, Exam Details, Payroll, Store Details, Hostel Details, Library Management, Management Information System (MIS) and Accounting modules.
The software package is developed as a three tier application using Visual Basic 6.0 as the front-end and Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 as the backend using Microsoft Transaction Server as the Application Server. From the Same Database a dynamic Web portal created for the school. The web site includes online payment, chat room, School calendar, syllabus, school information and student reports. The portal is developed using Active server pages and java.
Java is used for creating the school calendar applet. School calendar covers all upcoming events for a year. The offline application Transfer information to an MS Access file and that file is uploaded to the server and the data in the MS Access file is appended to the MS SQL Server database in the Web Server
Environment : ASP,VB,MS SQL Server 7.0 , Visual Interdev, MTS, Java.

Hi friends,
The user is to enter two variables, height (H) and width (W), click "calculate"
and the value will appear, hopefully on the same page.
The formula will be (((H*W)+150)*1.65) (pretty easy)
However, I would like it to round up to the nearest 10th. So if the value comes out to 411 I would like it to display 420. If the solution is 579 it will round up to 580.
Sounds easy but I am not sure where to start.
Any guidance will be appreciated.
